The database consists of earthquake- and station-related parameters whilst information concerning individual records includes peak and distance values.
A complete list of all strong-motion records is presented in the following tables. The records are identified by the origin time of the earthquake and the location of the recording station. All selected strong-motion records are properly associated with the earthquake and recording station to which they have been attributed in the original sources:

The following figures shows the distribution of strong-motion records with respect to fault or epicentral distance, magnitude and local geology. Note that for M > 6 distances are measured to the surface projection of the rupture plane.
This figure shows the distribution of strong-motion records with respect to magnitude Ms, Mb, ML or Mw and focal depth. The different portions of the bars represent those records for which there is no Ms-value available, but an Mb-value (green), ML-value (dark blue) or Mw-value (light blue). All records from earthquakes with unknown or questionable focal depth have been discarded from the focal depth figure.
